Match Report
Salisbury Cathedral School Boys-U11A vs  Ballard School
On: Wednesday, 11 Mar 2020
Venue: Away

SCS started the game and put on some early pressure by having some shots on goal and good chances created however were unable to convert. Eventually Sam Searle was able to finish off after a good cross from George Gower. SCS went into half time 1-0 up.

At the beginning of the second half, again SCS started brighter than Ballard and applied early pressure Sam was able to score again before James Spencer made it 3-0 after 10 minutes had gone. Ballard were then able to create some more chances as the game opened up however, Charlie Scammell, Jackson Blank and Oliver Swinnerton were superb in defence to keep a clean sheet. just before the game had came to a close George Gower scored a outstanding individual goal by thrashing the ball into the top right corner from the edge of the D- a contender for goal of the season! Winning SCS the fixture 4-0.

I would also like to highlight Michael Ssali who worked tirelessly on the wing in attack and defence, in a very good performance from all of the boys!
