Match Report
Salisbury Cathedral School Boys-U11A vs  Warminster School
On: Wednesday, 06 Oct 2021
Venue: at Home

The U11As relished the opportunity of playing their first Home match against the powerful Warminster side, with the added bonus of being on our 1st XV pitch!
We seemed to have the ball in hand for 80% of the time, but on the few occasions that Warminster did have the ball, it was in the hands of one hugely strong boy. Were it not for the remarkable tackling skill and bravery of Jasper, in particular, Warminster would have run away with the game. So much of our handling skills and rucking was wonderful to watch and our better fitness levels and fantastic team spirit are all far more important than facing a narrow defeat.
Man of match, voted by Warminster, deservedly goes to Peter for his sublime running and fierce determination throughout. Also, congratulations to Robert for his courageous captaincy.
